Scavenger Hunt in Downtown Denver

Tours Denver
$35
Denver is being ravaged by a massive outbreak of the "playgue" and only you and your friends can stop it. In this mad dash through downtown Denver, your team will compete to save as many lives as possible by locating interesting sites, answering bizarre trivia questions, and navigating the most strategic route possible.

You and your friends have 90 minutes to save as many people as possible from a deadly epidemic armed only with your wits and your cell phones.

To save lives (which is how we keep score), you’ll travel to different “outbreak” locations within a 3-4 block radius of Larimer Square in Denver using a map delivered to your phone. Based on the proximity and the point values of the outbreaks, your team will need choose a strategic path to save as many souls as possible.

At each outbreak location, you’ll be presented with scavenger hunt questions, pub-style trivia, and brain puzzles to earn points. The entire team is allowed to use their cell phones to help answer questions.

Your team can pause the game up to two times for sightseeing, bio breaks, eating, or our personal favorite…. loud public arguments!

At the end of the game, you’ll be able to compare the number of lives you rescued with other brave teams who played in your town!

Denver LoDo and RiNo Walking Tour with Lunch and Beer

Tours Denver
$49
Walk Denver's revitalization through the city's trendiest and most up-and-coming neighborhoods. Sample what local tastes like with lunch at an all-locally sourced café, then find your favorite Colorado beer among a selection of 15+ brews brought in from all over the state. Walk the path of Denver's LoDo and RiNo revitalization. Have lunch at an all-locally sourced restaurant built inside a shipping container. Grab a beer from a selection of more than 15 local brews on a self-serve tap. Get a behind-the-scenes view of RiNo (River North)'s street art and architecture

Your walking tour shows you the transformation of Denver's lower downtown warehouse district (LoDo) from an afterthought to 'the spot' for locals. Stroll through what was once skid row, past Coors Field, and into River North (RiNo), arguably the hippest up-and-coming neighborhood in Denver.

Along the way, stop for a lunch of all locally sourced food. The chef here forges personal relationships with each farm he works with; his team visits the farms and works in the fields with farmers to understand exactly what goes into the food they proudly serve. Next, you've got a very important decision to make: which Colorado beer will take its claim as your favorite? Don't worry, you'll visit a local watering hole where you have plenty of time and can sample from a self-serve tap that features 15 local beers, a cider, and wine.

Then it's off to explore the creativity of the River North Arts District, where the art refuses to be confined behind closed doors. Each year, artists are given free rein to turn the walls of local buildings into their canvases, and the results are stunning. You'll have plenty of time to take pictures and decide which artists to follow on Instagram as you make our way through this living gallery.

Close out your tour with a short ride back to where you started on the recently opened Denver light rail line that runs the 25 miles from downtown to Denver International Airport.

Your tour starts and ends at Union Station; meet by the flagpole at the main street-side entrance (if there is inclement weather, meet under the awning by the main entrance).

Join Denver's first and best walking brewery tour as you satisfy your thirst for beer and knowledge.  Learn the history of Denver and step outside on this walking tour to see, hear, smell, and -most importantly- taste the best that Downtown Denver has to offer.

Tour Stops:
Rock Bottom Brewery- Established in 1991 (3 years before Great Divide Brewery opened) and named after the slogan "Get a Piece of the Rock," Rock Bottom brewery at 1001 16th St Denver, Co became a solid player in Denver's beer game. In business for over 25 years it has received 200+ awards for its beer nation wide and proves to us that some beer just needs to get around. The head brewer of Rock Bottom Downtown Denver, John McClure, continues to give back to Denver's beer industry by running an excellent brewing apprenticeship through his brew house. These new faces continue to grow and improve the muscle behind every pint.

Jagged Mountain Brewery- Founded by a team of true mountain men who were thirsting for their next adventure. The age old drunken conversation of “we should own a bar!” didn't happen at any old watering hole.  RJ Banat and Randy Stinson set the wheels into motion in 2010 while on a canyon excursion in Utah.  After three years of networking, penny pinching, construction management, and kickstarting, on November 2, 2013 Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery opened its doors at 1139 20th St Denver, Co. These mountain men wanted their brewery to reflect their passion for the outdoors and thus named it Jagged Mountain after a peak in the Weminuche Wilderness.

Falling Rock Tap House- Founded in 1997 by beer aficionado, Chris Black. Their slogan says it all; "No Crap on Tap." With over 75 beers on tap this hole in the wall bar is THE place to drink craft beer in Denver. Breweries know it, distributors know, and now you know it. You're Welcome. Enjoy this gem during any sporting event but you better make sure to start your search here if a cool beer is coming to town.

Wynkoop Brewery- Lucky for us all, in 1988 John Hickenlooper (Colorado Governor), Jerry Williams, Mark Schiffler and Russell Schehrer dragged LoDo away from its sketchy past when they opened the FIRST craft Brewery in Denver. Located on Skid Row in the century-old J. S. Brown Mercantile Building at 1634 18th St. Denver, Co  Wynkoop is surrounded by iconic landmarks like Coors Field, Larimer Square, and the recently renovated Union Station. Don't let their age fool you into thinking that they are too scared to put Rocky Mountain Oysters, green chiles or gummy bears in their beer, because they do.

Starting location & Times:
Friday: Rock Bottom @ 3:15-6pm
Saturday: Rock Bottom @ 12-3pm and Wynkoop at 3:15-6pm
Sunday: Jagged Mountain @ 3:15-6pm
