Outdoor Trivia Race in Colorado Springs

Adventure Colorado Springs
$20
The Springs is being ravaged by a massive outbreak of the "playgue" and only you and your friends can stop it. In this mad dash through downtown Colorado Springs, your team will compete to save as many lives as possible by locating interesting sites, answering bizarre trivia questions, and navigating the most strategic route possible.

MetroDemic is a game that can be played at any time in Colorado Springs.

Our (virtual) bumbling scientists are standing by with a map of outbreaks that are ravaging downtown Colorado Springs. With that map loaded to your smartphone, your team will hustle on foot to a variety of outbreak sites within a 3-block radius of the Pioneers Museum.

At each outbreak site, your team will have to dig deep into your memories (or the search engine on your smartphone) to answer bizarre challenge questions on topics like horrible Christmas traditions, car repair, world flags, extinct professions, and local history..

Get a question right and you save lives. Get it wrong… and people die. Pay attention as the story unfolds and the epidemic takes on a life of its own.

Colo-Rad Zipline Tour

Multiday Tour Colorado Springs
$94

Zipline over the foothills of historic Manitou Springs at the foot of Pikes Peak. Perched high above Manitou Springs over Gregory Gulch, you will indulge in excitement and spectacular vistas while soaring over this beautiful alpine canyon. Our natural-terrain course features five ziplines, varying in length from 225 feet to over 600 feet, and provides the best rush of adrenaline on the Front Range of the Rockies!! Be sure to dress in layers with closed-toe shoes. Includes 4x4 transport from our station to the start of the course, and the best Zipline guides in The West!!

Depart at 11am from Manitou Springs and journey via round-trip shared transfer vehicle. Perched at the edge of canyon walls and high atop trees, you'll encounter 5 ziplines varying in length from 225' to over 650', with half-mile hikes required for certain transfers between lines. Choose to run and jump off the 'leap of faith' or a trust fall backwards off P.U. Plunge, but be sure to come prepared for a modestly rugged outdoor activity with dust, dirt, sweat and limited facilities.

Keep in mind that you will be launching from and landing on dirt trails, so closed-toe shoes are required. We have water jugs on the course, but some people bring a camelbak type hydration system for maximum comfort. This tour takes place in an uncontrolled, hot and dry environment at over 6500 feet of elevation, where wildlife and short hikes of 500 feet in length and 100 vertical feet will be encountered. Proper landing position is highly recommended, necessitating leaning back and lifting your legs, so if a guest can't hold this posture, then we don't recommend the tour for them.
